Spa Yoga Night
April 17th at 6:30-8pm
Altivitas in West Barnstable
Join us for a cozy, candlelit evening of deep restoration and sensory immersion. This workshop invites you into a full-body experience weaving together yin yoga, reiki, massage, aromatherapy, and sound healing.
We will begin with a gentle, nourishing flow to prepare the body for yin postures, guiding you into deep stretching and supported relaxation. Throughout the practice, hands-on assists infused with reiki will help soothe the nervous system and deepen your sense of ease.
The evening concludes with a crystal bowl sound bath accompanied by massage, essential oils, and warm towels to offer a final layer of comfort as you sink into rest.
