This course will help you embody confidence, safety, and a great sense of trust. You will learn tools to work through personal blocks— releasing stress and cultivating healthy habits— while learning the ins and outs of how to mindfully listen to, and work with, your energy.

Our team is enrolling for another round of my signature 90-day group course, Radiant Self!

 

This is for you if:

  • You love going to yoga, exercise classes, or on nature walks, and want to establish or enhance your home practice.

  • You know the flow state, and what it feels like to be taking care of yourself, but you need an easier way to access that feeling more consistently.

  • You have a difficult time creating boundaries at work or at home, feeling guilt or shame for your needs.

  • You want to have a “net-positive” impact on people and the Earth.

  • You have occasional anxiety or depression, and are ready to have holistic, catered-to-you tools for management.

  • You receive signs, but have trouble trusting or following them.

  • You have complex feelings, even contradicting feelings. You want to allow your emotions to teach and guide you, but not control you.

  • You want to feel magic everyday.

  • You believe in finding inspiration in every day life, with the assistance of what’s around you and inside you— no external substance needed!

  • You’ve been through a spiritual awakening, or some type of shift, and it’s hard to relate to the people around you.

  • You feel like something is missing.

  • You’re ready to establish and stabilize a positive trend in your well-being.

Hi, my name’s Julia. I created Radiant Self because I spent years being weighed down with depression, overthinking, and outsourcing my decisions. I was people-pleasing, riding a wave of artificial highs and deep lows, and ultimately making choices for everyone but myself.

Yoga, energy work, and mindfulness practices supported me to cultivate skills for self-healing and overall well-being that have radically changed my life. I created my most radiant self with the process I teach inside this program, and I want to share it with you!

The Radiant Self course blends energetic mastery, self-care, and mindfulness for aligned well-being. You will learn how to create and sustain daily habits for interpersonal support, honor your boundaries and feel GOOD about it, and deepen your connection with your greatest self. You will find, feel, love, and honor your perspective and choices in a compassionate manner. You’ll become Radiant throughout all parts of your life, drawing in expansive growth opportunities.

This is a group mentorship & coaching course, that will hold you accountable to your goals and journey. You will be among a caring, intimate, and ambitious community that is growing with you and supporting you. Spots are limited, to keep the support and closeness of the group intact.

Radiant Self is a 90-day program (3 months), with three group coaching meetings per month. There are lessons and activities within the course, for you to do at home. We will have a group portal keeping us connected through voice, text messages, and memes of encouragement for behind-the-scenes support. You will be welcomed, and activated, to deepen your self-care routine and make it non-negotiable…this course is designed to keep you on track for your healing and wellness progress.

The Radiant Self Group Course is designed for two tiers of people:

  • The well-intentioned, sensitive professional who wants to step away from frustration or depletion— and towards ambition and fulfillment.

  • Yoga and meditation students or teachers looking to deepen their practice or teaching through a greater understanding of energy and meditation-- a next-level embodiment of yoga, mindfulness, and serving.
